Our second commitment is to our employees, namely the men and women working in our offices. They must feel secure in their jobs. We must ensure fair and proportionate salaries, impartial management, reasonable working hours and good working conditions. The employees must have an access to an organized suggestions and complaints management system. Supervisors, department heads and regional managers must be highly qualified and loyal. Each employee must be treated as an individual of its own virtues and merits.
Our third commitment is to management. Our managers must be capable, educated, experienced and skilled persons. They must have common sense and be tolerant.
Our fourth commitment is to society we live in. We must be model citizens and support good undertakings. We must keep the facilities we have the privilege to use in good condition. We must contribute to public works, health care, education and government as well as introduce the public to our activities.
Our fifth and last commitment is to our shareholders. Business must generate a reasonable profit. Resources must be found for developing new and attractive programs. Any mistake must be paid for. We must buy new equipment, open new offices, expand our range of services and develop new business plans. We must experiment on new ideas.
If managers succeed in keeping all mentioned above, they should get a fair return. Let’s perform our duties in the best way possible.
